HPV and genital warts question...

I just got back a doctor that told me that I can't give myself genital wars if I masterbate with a hand that has warts on it.  I'm still a virgin and never had vaginal sex before.  Only oral sex, but never with someone that had warts in or around their mouth.  So my question is...Can I have gotten geintal warts by oral sex with a girl without warts by saliva OR having her vaginal secreations near my private area?  I'm looking for a professional medical answer, thank you!

but you just said the only way to get it is from skin contact.  so it would have to show to contract it right?

Most people with the type of HPV that causes warts don't show/notice warts

If you have  genital warts, i don't know how you got them. Skin to skin contact when fooling around is a guess.

so if not from someone's hand or mouth, how could i have possibly gotten genital warts?  I've never had vaginal sex before, so could i have gotten it from vaginal secreations?  The girl I'm with now likes to do herself and then jerk me off with the same hand.  Is that even possible?

HPV is spread through skin to skin contact.

Oral warts are rare.

You can't get it from your own semen, nor from any body else's hand.

Your doctor gave you the right information about masturbation

Does HPV travel through semen or vaginal secreations?

Because I'm really paranoid and I want to find out how I got genital warts.  I want to find out if I gave it to myself from my hand or semen falling on my penis shaft, or if someone else gave it to me by oral sex or vaginal secreations from her hands.  Please if anyone could help, I would really appreciate it.  thank you.
