HPV and immune system

I have had a kidney transplant and take medicines to suppress my immune system. My question is: If my immune system isn't strong, will I ever be able to get rid of my genital warts?

I have had visible warts for about 3 yrs. Because of my medical history, drs are leary of giving me anything and keep sending me to a different dr. I am seeing a dr now that says he can help me, but hasn't given me any meds. He seems to think alot of the problem is a yeast infection and prescribed Diflucan for that, which makes the itching lessen but not go away and the warts are still visible. The other clinics I have been to have all said it's HPV/genital warts. I am so frustrated.
