HPV and my partner.. HELP!!

okay so  i was diagnosed with HPV and genital warts. i used aldara and had not had an outbreak for about 4 months and just recently had one that has caused one tiny wart right under the opening of my vagina. i have been with my boyfriend for almost one year and have told him about my HPV and since we had already had protected intercourse when my warts were numerous, he decided that we should continue having sex, but to use a condom.

recently, i was having oral sex with him and noticed a few small bumps under his foreskin and am convinced this is genital warts. i plan on telling him about my discovery the next time i see him.

my question is, when i tell him about this, i want to suggest that both of us go on wartrol because the testimonials have intrigued me, or to perhaps get them removed by cautery since i am in canada and this is covered by OHIP. while we are both undergoing treatment, whether it be wartol or surgery, can we continue having sex with a condom or will we continue reinfecting each other? i don't want to stop having sex with him because of something we both have! my doctor has said that since i am young as is he, that this will not be a lifelong problem but i just want to be sure that by having protected sex, we will not be doing more damage than good.

thanks in advance.

Hi,  I have been doing some research on GW cures, and I came across a drug called Viralfree.  It is suppose to be FDA approved and one of the top ten cures.  Just check out their site.  I haven't tried it yet myself, I am waiting to see a mouth specialist about possible oral warts as well.

oh and if anyone has any advice on any other treatments that they could recommend to go through with my partner, it would be greatly appreciated.
