HPV cocerns

I am a 24 yr old male and am really worried about some symptoms. I was diagnosed with HPV, and got genital warts about a few years ago in 2008 and have still have not been able to seek full care due to personal reasons of going public on this issue. Although i have received some treatment as in electrocautery to remove some warts, but some still remained as they were to tiny to burn. As the healing process began it left huge scars which look like lumps or collagen deposition scars. I've been worried because there not getting any better and they look permanent. Is there is a treatment for scars as such?

I have also been getting really worried because i have no future plans of being with someone because of some scars i have due to electrocautery, the remaining warts, risk of someone else getting it, and approach and embarrassment. I haven't gotten checked out in a long time and don't know where to go because i have no insurance and no one knows. I feel it's starting to take over my life now.

In addition to all that, I recently went through an episode of ptosis and diplopia for about a month and cat scans and blood work didn't reveal any causes. It self corrected . I am wondering if there is any association of HPV and MS?
And if anyone can help me with maybe how i can seek treatment for HPV in a private matter, i have no insurance and haven't told a single person but my ex-girlfriend who i am no longer with anymore. So if someone can please get back to me with some serious answers i would really appreciate it.

Thanks for the reply LightningF. Yes I feel my scars are huge and no i haven't had a wart grow back in a while THANK GOD! Wish i can have these scars removed or something, i haven't shown anyone and am going kind of crazy thinking about it all myself. I don't know, but i wish could disclose it to anyone that could do anything to help. It's a very tough decision when you're all on your own with this kind of situation. And the scars aren't on my penis..there under my umbilicus and in the pubic region.

OH and thanks for the MS n HPV clarification, i was just over thinking things.

joe687, people heal differently. Some people have had scars from their circumcision, some others don't. Same case with electrocautery. I DO have scars from the same surgery (electrocauter) but they dont bother me anymore. My scars arent big though, not sure about yours so I can feel you if it's really bothering you.

While I can't say how would that affect your future girlfriend in judging you, but most girls wouldn't complain about your penis scars (except in regards of raising their awareness that you have/had STDs). I highly recommend you on disclosing your info and how you got those scars from previous HPV infection. If she's fine with it, then what's the big deal? After all it's been years since you had warts right? I assume you have been free from active HPV itself.

Also there's no such thing as association of HPV and MS. And whatever you have been through (ptosis/diplopia) they are totally unrelated to HPV.
