HPV coming back

If I tested positive for HPV 6 years ago, had cryotherapy and normal paps since, what are the chances of it coming back?

Thank you!  I had the strand that causes cancer not warts, so I'm always worried about it coming back.

Very low. Most people only have to deal with a specific HPV infection once in their lives, as they develop an immunity after infection. Some people do have recurrences, but they are rare and hard to predict.

There are many different types of HPV though, and it is possible to be infected with another strain.
