HPV from no where and persistent!

HPV from no where and persistent!

hi, i'm 27 now and married for 4 years. my husband and i know eachother for 8 years now and neither of us been with any other parteners before/after our relationship. we always used condoms, the only exposed sex i would say is the oral sex meaning never had direct contact of our genitails.
a year ago i got and ASCUS pap and HPV 16 and 58 positive, did colposcopy resulted in mild displesia CIN 1, my dr freezed my cervix. 7 months later went for pap and again it is ASCUS, HPV test shows only type 16 positive.
my question is, how did i get hpv in the first place if it is an STD...there is no way to get it by using condoms and the fact that neither me nor my husband been with any other person in our lives rather than ourselves.
second question is, what do i do now? if the freezing was not successful first time and hpv is left from that time and again is showing now, what other methods of medication i have to ocnsider. if it was cured with freezing, then how did i get it again. which makes me worry that this is a never ending story...i have to do all procedures and again i will get it no matter what!
please help me

Unfortunately I have to tell you that you must have contracted HPV from your partner which indicates he has not been a virgin when started his sexual relationship with you! It is unlikely that 2 virgin partners transmit any HPV to each other cause there is no pre-existing  sexually transmitted virus in virgin people's sexual organs. (By virgin I mean no oral sex/ rubbing genitals as well as no intercourse)
As for freezing, I have heard it is not a very successful method of CIN treatment. The best option right now is considered LEEP.... you doctor may decide to perform that on you soon.
