HPV on penis check

Hi,
I haven't had sex for two months, last week I shaved my pubic area, I noticed a few days after I had these bumps. I have had sex twice with two women this weekend but these bumps were there prior to this.
Do you think they are just ingrown hairs or from the shaving?

Thank you Rosco, this is what they look like now.

Any differing opinion?

I am going to get them checked out, just have anxiety issues at the moment and this helps quell them.

Thank you again for your time, very appreciated!

I dont think they are warts but they may be. U need to go in and get checked out by a dermatologist preferably. I see puss underneath the surface which isnt typical for warts. They may be mulluscum.

Update: Just for people who may have something that looks like this. I popped them, spot like consistency. Will see what happens when they heal.
