HPV or moles?

Hey I have three speretae dark brown dots (.5-1mm diameter maybe even smaller) moles looking thingson my testicles. They are not raised and look like moles that appear on my arm face etc. My convern is I have noticed them recently 1-2 months ago. Tha last I had sex was 4-5 months ago. I dont know if there have been there for a long tume might be I didnt use to pay attention to my genitals before my anxiety driven inspections of stds. I also have a very tiny brown skin tags on the shaft of my penis too small to measure. How likely are these hpv? I made an appointment to dermatologist what can I ask him to be sure what these are? What can be done to know for sure?

I saw a dermatologist and He is absolutely sure that these are not warts but common spot.(they are not raised) he examined under a dermatoloscope? Or something like that I dont know the exact name. And saimthese are not warts not any signifacnt moles. Would this need further attention?

The only way a man can know is via visual inspection by a dermatologist. To be really sure, he or she would have to remove one and have it biopsied. Unfortunately, genital warts come in many shapes, sizes and colors. The majority look like warts and are skin color or white. But some are brown. Moles tend to be black. The average time it takes to get a wart from sex is 4-8 months past exposure. But some get them earlier and some get them much later. Ask your doctor for a guess at what they are and if a biopsy is needed, then do it. There is no blood test or smear test for men and so this is the only way to know.
