HPV or something else?

I have posted here before and been told my risk is low. Here's my question. Upon self inspection I noticed that on the under side of my shaft I have a small almost patchy spot, slightly bumpy. It can only be seen with the skin stretched and is only raised slightly. I'm not sure what this could be. No pain, does not appear to be a chancre. I had HPV many years ago...but looks a bit different. I thought it might be papules or something but I didn't think they'd accompany a patchy feel.
Could it be a wart I missed from a long time ago? Herpes without pain? Syphillis? I'm sort of freaking out as I did have an incident a couple of months ago where I was with an escort but really drunk and my memory is vague. I don't believe I had any sex, but this little spot is making me very worried...any thoughts?

I did get bloodwork for everything but herpes....waiting on results. I think if they come back negative ill try to see a dermatologist. Still no pain so i am not thinking its herpes. Hoping anyways. Nervous about bloodwork results...

Yes herpes would hurt. Have you taken blood tests for Herpes?  Visual inspection does not always prove what you don't have. Escorts are generally STD free but they can have Herpes or HPV due to the number of partners they have. Condoms do not provide enough coverage for both.

You should go see a dermatologist for any skin issues as I wrote previously. STD clinic doctors are not skin experts. At the same time, you should consider getting tested for all STDs. Google 8 panel or 10 panel STD test and find a testing center near you or see if your clinic gives this kind of panel test.

Thanks for your answer. I went to STD clinic. He says it is nothing. I still don't feel completely satisfied. It doesn't hurt...I don't think it's herpes but now I'm worried it could be. I think it may be a wart. Has to be something right? I don't feel he looked close enough. I'm trying to put my  mind at ease but I feel like if it's something I need to get rid of it.......Definitely worried. Should I seek a second opinion or stop thinking about it? Wouldn't herpes hurt??

Could be Herpes or HPV or nothing. Go see a dermatologist for a medical diagnosis.
