HPV or something else!!

Hi I have a small bump in yellow color under my penis shaft foreskin in 2nd month after having sex with the prostitue. It doesnt cause pain. I went to dermitologist and gave a biopsy of the bump. It came out negative. The report says its the sabeious glands and no cytopathic viral infection is found. He told this is not the wart. Can someone tell why sabecious glands show up after having unprotected sex. I never had this before. Will there be medical cases where the hpv cannot be recognised using biopsy or may be caused by other strains. Also what percent of the cases will the biopsy be false or is there any other disease that could be spread sexually and not be HPV or HSV!!

Thanks for the reply!! My report says Neoplasm of unknown behaviour of skin benign tumor and also the description says the NO viral cytopathic infection is found for Genital warts. Does this mean I am infected with the High strain HPV and will eventually lead to cancer. Are there any tests  that can confirm if I am really infected with what high strain of HPV in men. I am really scared!! Will all the benign tumors leads to cancer if infected with HPV?

If the biopsy was negative, then it isn't HPV. Never heard of a false negative. There are plenty of STDs but only Herpes and HPV are genital skin STDs.

Sebaceous cysts can come from any sex but are more frequent from unsafe sex due to the amount of sweat and dirt people have on their skin. Here is a good link for you to read.
