HPV please help!!

i am a 20 year old gay man (i had sex once with out a condom and i have never bottomed witch means i have never got anal sex done to me only done it to others witch means i am a top) about 4 years ago i noticed bumps around my anus they grew grew and grew soon (6 months later) they got so big that they were blocking me from going to the bath room the reason i did not go for help was cuz i was scared to face the truth of what i have i looked at it in the way if i dont think about them they are not there i was very wrong and should of got help right away i went to the ER and they told me to go to a colon and rectal surgeon so i went there and she gave me the Aldara cream that made them go down A LOT and FAST then she used a laser to burn them off after i healed i had to get a anal advancement flap done since they started to grow in the insides after that i had 3 surgerys for scar tissue and 4 surgerys to loosen me up cuz i was getting too tight and could go to the bath room so now i am 18 and i have had 9 surgerys and went through hell but it is not over yet i am now taking 3 different laxatives to help me pass and when i dont take them i have to take a full bottle of magnesium citrate (i think it is called) its like bubbly and taste gross but yeah it makes me go so ima have to have surgery again sometime soon well 4 months ago i found a papilloma under my eyelid and had it removed last week i went for my week follow up today and i found out it was from HPV i have about 13 lumps on my neck and they been there for about 8 months should i go see someone about them?????
