Hi,

I received 5 months ago an unprotected fellatio and had potected vaginal sex with an escort.

I did not have any noticeable genital warts. I did an HPV PCR DNA blood test at 3 months - Negative.

1- how accurate is such test?
2- do I need to do a swab test or any other tests?

I have a stable gf and would like to transmit anything.

They can only biopsy seen warts.  If you don't have any, there is nothing to biopsy.

Yes, go see a dermatologist and ask for a visual check. But there is no accurate test in the US for men. What you described is very low risk.

Thank you for your reply, but where I tested they took blood for the test as it is a DNA test I imagine it could also be semen right ?

there is no blood test for hpv, its not blood virus..
