HPV vaccination?

I'd greatly appreciate it if I could have your opinion on my vaccination againstHPV. I'm 33 years old, sexually active since 5 years, diagnosed with CIN 1 overa period of two years (I hadn't done any examination before) & my HPV-DNA testis negative for both high & low-risk HPV types. Well as long as you don't already have it I think it's a very wise idea! I got the vaccinations too but I think I already had HPV before I got the shots so I don't think they helped. I don't know if I had it before I got them or not because I was very young and too terrified to see a gyno, but I was at a doctors check-up with my mom and the lady asked if I wanted to get the shots and I said sure! It's probably a good idea! Just don't be like me, make sure you don't have it already.

There are two vaccines : Gardasil and Cervarix . They  are for  girls and young women ages 9 to 26. They have not been approved for women older than 26. The vaccines  help protect against 4 types of human papillomavirus (HPV). Only four types.
