The vaccine protects someone (who has never had any sexual contact at all) from the 4 most common strains. There are over 40 strains. Oral sex can spread it but not as easy as genital sex.  The odds of her transmitting HPV to anyone is very low and even less via oral sex. Is it impossible?  No, but very very unlikely.
