Well, she would have HPV in her system. It may not be active but only she would know by having her papPap smear Pap smears and cervical cancer. As for the warts this is a different strainStrains of HPV, this is a low risk HPV (wart causing) and she may not know she has that... you should discuss this with her.
Also, HPV is not that big of a deal in most cases it will heal itself in 2 years at the most.
You should see your doctor and they can biopsy the spots and if they are warts you can have them treated via cream or have them frozen off.
