Had an abornormal low grade pap test

A year ago I got diagnosed with HPV and I was scared about that and had to get a colposcopy and I did have it done but that didn't make a difference as my pap test still came back abnormal low grade as I got the results in the mail today. What happens if my pap test keeps coming back abornormal and I'm always thinking the worse. I don't think positive because what's the point. Also, I have anxiety and depression that will make things worse
