Having a bit of a meltdown, what does this look like?

Hi,
I would like anyones opinion on what they believe this to be? I thought at first it was an inflamed hair follicle because I cut that area shaving many months ago. It has stayed on the base of my penis for sometime, no other bumps have occured. There is a hair growing out of it making me, again, suspicious of a hair follicle. Anyway can anyone think of what it is? Might it be a gential (genital) wart? I heard that hairs do not grow out of them from my research. But if anyone can lend any sort of help I would greatly appreciate it

That is a Genital Wart caused by the HPV virus, you can tell from just looking at it. Give your doc a call and see what he can do for you.

it does look like HPV warts but none of us are doctors... seeing your doctor is advised

i never had a hpv wart look like that. what it looks like to me was a skin tag i had under my arm. for a wart to get that big you would have to let it go for awhile. warts usually are small bumps. but im no doctor!
