High white count

My daughter has hpv and her white count is high 18.8 they tested her for leukemia and it came out negative. Does hpv raise your white count? She is also 7mo pregnant.

I have never seen anything relating high white blood cell count and HPV. The high white blood cell count could be nothing or it could be from an infection. Has she had full STD testing? She needs to see her doc and keep an eye on it, try and narrow down what the infection might be or watch it to see if it passes on its own. Also have her make sure her doc is very aware of the issues of having HPV while giving birth. In some rare cases moms can pass the HPV to the baby while it passes through the birth canal. Just like moms with strep can. Because baby have very weak immune systems it is hard for them to fight these things off and they can have oral issues from it.
