How can HPV Spread?

I have recently been diagnosed with HPV after a doctor ruled out several diagnosis of herpes.  Which I believe he is right.

I am uncircumcised and I have warts in the wrinkles at the front of my penis on the inside of the uncircumcised skin.

I currently have issues with my prostate and bladder even though I am only 20 and that has led to dribbling of urine and sometimes odd spraying and sometimes it coming out uncontrollably.

I am worried about spreading the HPV as when the urine comes out it does go against where the warts are.  For example if the dribble runs inside my underwear onto my scrotum.  Or better, 20 minutes ago I went to urinate and it sprayed onto my leg.  Is it possibly I may have warts on my leg in the future?

I should note I have eczema so I do have weak skin and cuts on my leg where it hit.

Another issue is towels.  I was at somewhere around 30C and under, so cold water.  Is it safe to use the same bath towel to wipe up down and wipe my face.  (face first each time then down there), also underwear.

I know I may sound crazy, or I may sound a bit paranoid but I am still adjusting to living with HPV and due to many other underlying medical conditions (asthma, anaphylaxis allergies, and allergies to the majority of foods, eczema) I tend to over worry.

Thank you very much!

i have almost the exact same problem with warts, i was treated for prostatitis but the dribbling still remains. I dont think you can reinfect yourself in new places because I have a wart on the underside of my penis and im sure it has touched my scrotum before. i could be wrong but luckily there is a vaccine for girls now that prevents most types of genital warts, so we most likely wont retransmit this nasty virus to other people especially if we use protection.

Warts aren't spread through towels or urine.

Just direct skin to skin contact.

I forgot to note, is it ok to touch the area on my leg where I urinated on?
