How to fight HPV by causing inflammation?

Hi there,

I've been battling HPV warts for nearly 2 years and am getting frustrated. I'm hoping for some new insights here. In particular, I'm curious about a method to cause inflammation to trigger an immune response against the HPV.

I've had about 5-8 warts in the pubic region and another 5-8 on the shaft. Fortunately, all warts have been very small. I'm a 30 year old male professional athlete and extremely healthy.

Here are the things I've tried to destroy the virus in my body:

Doctor Prescribed:

Cryotherapy - I've had about 8 sessions and having the dermatologist blast these with liquid nitrogen sucks. The pain I can handle, the scars I cannot. The result is hypo and/or hyper pigmentation on each spot. Terrible. After about 3 sessions on 1 spot the warts are often gone for good but I can't keep doing this.

Podofilox - Burns and wrinkles the skin. Disappears the warts but they always come back. It's known that this doesn't kill the virus.

Self Prescribed Topical:
Apple Cider Vinegar - Soaked into some folded toilet paper and held by duct tape. Changed daily for 3 days, this always disappears the warts. The problem is, however, that they almost always come back within 2 weeks. I believe this is because it does not penetrate down to the basal cells of the skin where the virus lives (read "How Pathogenic Viruses Think" by Lauren Sompayrac for info on this - good read for a lay person like myself)
Other ointments - Tea tree oil, aloe vera, oregano oil etc. No results.
Garlic - Applied to wart and covered in duct tape for 2-3 days. Causes huge fluid filled lumps (that I poke to drain) and does destroy the wart but it comes back quickly.
Freezing with Compound W - Destroys the warts and sometimes it seems that they even stay away. Most of the time it doesn't seem cold enough though and again, the scarring...
Homeopathic:
Tinctures - Oregano oil, Pau d Arco, Goldenseal Root, Astragalus, Thuja, Turmeric capsules. I took ALL of these together for a month. Didn't seem to help. The first time I took Oregano oil, the next morning a wart disappeared on it's own and I was shocked and delighted. It came back though and this didn't work again.

General Health:
Alkaline Diet - I was already an obsessive health nut eating all organic and very healthy unprocessed foods at home. I took it to the next level with the alkaline diet though. Totally vegan, mostly RAW vegetables (SO many raw vegetables), lemon water, baking soda water etc. My nutrition is so clean now that I can't even believe it. I thought that this was slowing the growth of the HPV but not so. This morning I found 4 new warts in the pubic area where I thought they'd been totally obliterated!
Mental Health - I've rebalanced my life and learned to relax more and prioritize "me" time even though I still work a great number of hours during the week.
Exercise - I'm a competitive athlete - I exercise a lot.

What to do now?!

I'm at a loss and need help. I read somewhere a while ago that there's a method to get an injection to induce swelling and irritation to the area, which can kick-start the immune system to destroy the HPV. I can't find any info on this though. Has anybody tried this or can you point me in the right direction?

I really like this idea for the following reason:
The book I mentioned above has written about HPV (in the voice of the HPV talking) "...because I induce very little interferon production, and do not kill my target cells, the immune system usually is clueless that there has been an HPV infection."

Also "...the innate and adaptive systems usually do eventually 'wake up.' What's most annoying is that this wake-up call usually has nothing to do with me. Other STD's (e.g., Chlamydia) sometimes cause an inflammatory reaction in the nearby epithelium, activating both an anti-chlamydia and an anti-HPV immune response."

Also, "...And if warts are abraded, the resulting inflammation (usually caused by super infecting bacteria), may trigger the immune response and blow my cover. Yes, I certainly could do without the warts."

So, how about some procedure to cause inflammation to trigger an immune response? What are the options for this?

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT.
