No, never. You should see a doc to determine what your bump is. There are many sexual and common skin issues that this could be.

I want to correct you on two things. :) First warts are very contagous and can be spread quite easily..for me it only took once. But then the vaginal skin is designed differently than the skin of the penis so maybe women are at higher risk.

Second HPV is not spread via fluid but by genital skin to skin contact.

It can spread to the inside, but the thing with the hpv is that it needs to be WORKED IN. It's not like you just touch a wart and boom you have a wart. It's mainly on the outside, and if you have none on the outside, then you most likely don't have any on the inside. There is a 60% chance that genital warts spreads to another via intercourse. But it's the friction that does it. It's not the bodily fluids that carries the genital warts. I mean it can, but for the purposes of answering the question i'll just say it cant. Because it's just super rare.
From the girl that i got genital warts from, i remember being raw on one side of my penis from  repeated sexual intercourse, and it was precisely in that place that i got the biggest warts. I would imagine this is why it's only at a 60%, because it needs to be really worked in.
