Hpv men, risk? Pcr?

Dear drs,
I'm a 29 years circumcised male.  I have had sex for the first time approx six months ago.  It was one weekend 3 exposures no condom.  I was engaged to this girl but later broke up.

I have tested myself for everything possible including hsv type specific serology and am negative but nothing I can do about hpv.

She is 25 and has had other partners ( says she always used a condom but obviously can't verify).  This was the worst mistake of my life.  If anyone in my community finds out I had sex, I will be leper.  My parents are trying to get me married to a girl (virgin) .  Is there any way I can rule out hpv from my one time mistake.  I could pay or travel anywhere in reason.  The consequences of anyone finding out are catastrophic for me.  Please help if possible even if anywhere I can do unapproved hpv pcr.  I realize I can clear it in 2 years but no guarantee.  Anything I can do to decrease this risk or at least find out? Thanks for any help.

Sir, you don't have any STD. Until you are positively dignosed, you have no STD. Plain and simple. Please stop this self-hate and get some therapy. You need help and need to move on from this paranoia. Innocent until proven guilty!

Thanks for your help.
However, think I will have to live with this forever.  I can't ethically expose a virgin to this without telling her.  I surely can't tell anyone.  I can't marry most other girls because it will destroy my parents.  Maybe I can convince some

There are no reliable tests for men anywhere in the world. Although China has been PCR testing men, no one in the Western medical community agrees that it is a reliable test. That's the key word "reliable". It just doesn't exist for men.

Do not assume that you have HPV.  And do not assume that every virgin does not have HPV. Some do because of oral sex or frontage. Fingering is an extremely rare way of transmitting it but it may be a cause. You should not be ashamed of your behavior with your ex-fiance. There is nothing you can do now to reduce your exposure assuming you were exposed. How would anyone find out if you or your ex doesn't say anything?

Here's an interesting link about virgins and HPV.
