Hpv or akin tag in mouth

I recently had unprotected oral sex with a woman. About 8 days latter I developed what appears to be a skin tag on the bottom of my tongue. Could this be hpv or is it more likely just a skin tag?

What does the skin tag look like? Is it quite a small bit of skin which flaps (sort of, for lack of a better word) if so then this is normal to have on the bottom of your tongue and you've probably only just noticed it.

8 days sounds really too soon for it to manifest as jrcosch said. Most Doctors would dismiss that it is even possible to manifest so quickly. Also orally its rare so realistically you would have to have repeated exposures. If it is oral HPV, it is unlikely you got it from this one exposure
