Can a male over 26 years old get the hpv vaccine in the U.S.?

Yes but your insurance may not cover it and the effectiveness past age 26 (malr or female) is less than it is for younger people based on medical trials of the vaccine. If you've been exposed to any of the strains that it covers, it won't help you at all for those strains.
