Hpv wart surgical treatment by cauterization?

Hello everyone, so on November 15th I went in for surgery for my hpv (genital warts) I am a 30 yr old female. I found out I had hpv October 2010. I was devastated when I found out. I ended up getting rid of them by the end of January 2011 but found out I was pregnant the same day I was told I didn't have any more warts left. During my pregnancy I had the pretty much the worst outbreak ever. I was covered all over my vaginal lips, in between my bum and my vagina (gooch area?) and some on my butt hole as well. I've never had any inside of me as of yet. So during my pregnancy I was going for acid treatment every 2 weeks with my obgyn.. It really didn't help much at all. It was horrible.  The plan was after birth to go in for surgery... After i healed for the 6 weeks...I ended up having a vaginal birth on September 12th to a beautiful baby boy, that is risk and hpv free thank goodness!!! But anyway after the pregnancy the   after birth really made me the worst I've even been because I was constantly wet from the bleeding... Anyway so I went in for surgery 4 weeks ago. I was put under a general anesthetic and had the cauterization done. He cauterized a huge area and I've been in a undier amount of pain for the last 4 weeks... I can't walk can't stand can't even hold my baby boy. Ive been on pain meds for the last 4 weeks and emla cream for 2 weeks. My doctor said it's healing but it doesn't seem to feel like it at all. I don't know what I'm supposed to do, it's been way too long for me to be in this much pain.  I feel like my son doesnt even know me anymore. I've had to have my cousin babysit him for the last 4 weeks while my fiancé is working. And then he comes home at night time!! So I'm wondering if anyone has gone though the same surgery and it took this long to heal?? I don't understand what to do plz help!!
