I am 31yr old Female and have gential(genital) warts inside my vagina. Is my husband likely to get warts?

We have been having unprotected sex for about 9months and my husband shows no sign of infection. But I saw my Gynecologist and he has confirmed that I have HPV and gential (genital) warts inside my vagina.

I want to know if i get the cure is it possible for my hushand to get the warts in the future?
And whether the warts will ever reappear after the treatment from the Gynecologist?
And if I have Gential (genital) warts how come my husband does not?

He is likely to get HPV and probably has already has it. Almost all couples share the virus. Many (most?) people with wart causing HPV do not show or notice symptoms.

Warts sometimes come back after treatment.

But 90% of us clear the HPV virus within 2 years, most taking less than a year.

If your warts have been gone for 6 months, they will probably not come back again.

No, once you clear the virus you will build an immunity.

Couples do not "ping pong" HPV infections.

I am sorry but it is a bit late for these kind of questions. If you have been having sex for 9 months, your husband has already got it. In some people HPV does not produce any symptoms or will be latent for years before showing any symptom.

Don't bother yourself with re-infection as you already have it. This will not yield to any more discomfort. Other than that, HPV is not a serious risk to health. Many people have it. And most importantly, do not search more on internet which will lead you to real misinformation in many cases.
