I found out that i have HPV

I found out a few months ago that i had HPV, i had a colposcopy done and my doctor told me that i had mild dysplasia and that they would preform a cryotherapy on me. After i had the cryotherapy done my doctor said that i shouldn't have sex for 6 weeks but i found it very hard to wait that long and only waited for 4 weeks, im kinda scared that me having sex with my boyfriend could have done something but when i went to my check up my doctor said that everything was healing great and that my next appointment would be in 3 months and i would have a pap done. I dunno im still kind of scared that me having sex could have done something, so i was wondering if anyone could tell me something if not thank you anyways.
