I have a Question Doc.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question.  I am very confused to whether not I have contracted some type of HPV or if it is a harmless mole,cyst, or ingrown hair.  I am a male 20 years old and i shave every once in a while and have gotten many ingrown hairs before, but for some reason I notice one small bump at the base of my penis right where the scrotum and penis connect.  It is circular and a diameter of around 1 mm.  I am caramel skin tone and the bump is somewhat dark/purple.  It does not hurt and did have a hair sticking out the middle of it until I pulled it out, but the bump is still there, it has been there for some time but I honesty do not know how long because I have not paid it no mind. I never really saw it because of my pubic hair covering it up, it is until now that I noticed it is still there.  Just one bump, so I am not sure if its HPV or not I thought that HPV would have came in clusters, but this is one bump it seem like it has a raised and round top.. I don't really know Doc.. I always practice safe sex and I know that HPV can be caught even by protecting myself but if that were the case why do I only have one and not many if HPV is what I have. By the way it does not seem to have the characteristics of the "cauliflower".
