I just found out I have this

What I am about to describe is unusual because I had a total hysterectomy removing my ovaries, tubes, cervix, etc. in 2001.  I am now 50 yrs old.  Because I had everything removed except my vagina, I believed that I did not need a pap smear.  Well, about 4 weeks ago, I was sitting at the computer and felt moist liquid from my vagina area.  Also, I had bled a couple of times (just lightly like spotting) during the past two years.  I attributed it to menopause, and dryness since I had not had hormones.  Sexual intercourse became painful.  Well, I had a pap-smear done and it came back abnormal.  I made an appontment with a gynecological onocologist who did a colposcopy.  The results came back with HPV.  It is covering my entire vaginal.  So, she said that doing LEEP or crytology is not an option.  She gave me Premarin Cream to use 3 times weekly and wants me to come back in June for a repeat paap smear.  Any ideas on alternate treatment?
