I only had one sex partner, is it possible I am diagnosed with Chlamydia?

I have been with my boyfriend for 3 years, and we both lost our virginity to each other so we both only had sex with each other and no one else for the past 3 years. Recently, I have been having abnormal vaginal discharge (sometimes brown spotting, sometimes blood spotings), not only that, I also been having pain near my abdomen for almost a year now.

My question is is it possible I am diagnosed with Chlamydia, and if I do, will I become infertile because I did some research and they say that Chlamydia leads to PID which leads to infertility.

Your bf may have not been a virgin go get checked out for hpv and other stds Ppl do lie these days I'm experiencing some std situations right now...I will have u n my prayer tonight....God Bless you and remember anything is possible with God

The test for chlamydia is simple and accurate. If you have any reason to think you may have been exposed, get tested as soon as you can. Most sexually active people should be tested regularily anyway.
