Internal Anal HPV (still, after 11 months)

Next month will mark a year that I've been living with internal HPV every week for 11 months I've been returning to an STD clinic and either having chyro or acid treatments. I've completely changed my diet and try to exercise more nothing heavy just light weight work and light yoga). I drink 5 cups of green tea a day, tones of supplements (Vit C, Zinc and Omega three etc) as well as have at least one serving of broccoli a day, but the same clusters remain, sometimes they get smaller and then return to how they were. I do suffer from depression, and I'm really feeling the low of the anniversary of the first appearance. I know that there have been posts on the forum which indicate that things can go on for a few months and that internal warts at times are left untouched. Has anyone had experiences with long-term internal warts? what were your treatments? how long did they last? I'm really starting to feel traumatized by the weekly treatments. My relationship to my sexuality has completely changed. I know that some may say that perhaps I should stop treatments. But I want so much for these to go away. it's been 11 months. shouldn't I have any progress?

Oh I should mention, over the past year I have been treated by a series of 5 different doctors (I go to an STD treatment clinic) and all have said they DO NOT recommend laser treatments for the internal warts. I had to beg them to try acid. I do smoke and quit for a few months, some doctors said "smoking depresses the immune system, so it can be related" other said "it has 0 effect on your HPV." the three months I quit showed no change.
