Is HPV responsible for all warts?

HPV cause genital warts I know that much. Is this the cause of other warts too?
When I was younger, up to about age 20 I had warts on both hands, they went away eventuallly though I can't remember if it was due to treatment or they went away on their own accord.
At age about 30 I had a long bout of Tinnitus. I presumed it was from noise. When I started being sick in the mornings I had a concern over Menieres Syndrome whivh causes progressive deafness. I was prescribed Betahistine (SERC) and this kept the T under control to some extent. After gettting fed up of being sick I was sent to the ENT Consultant for asesment (spelled that wrong so it isn't filtered out)  and he found a wart on my throat.
I think the wart on my throat was from nbeing sick and putting my hand down my throat. However since  had no hand awarts I'm wondering if the virus if it is indeed due to virus is still present on heands even without visible warts?

If so would this still put someone at risk of HPV if I had contact with their genitals with my hands?

There are 100 different strains of the human papilloma virus.the strain that causes warts on the hands and feet is a different strain than the types that cause warts and bad paps in women.
