, where the hair grows, and some skin tag looking bumps around his scrotum. At first we thought that the bumps were from shaving and tired treating them with some over the counter razor bump treatment. Which didn't work. So finally less than a month ago he went to the doctor and the doctor said it looked like genital warts, but he couldn't be sure. So he prescribed a cream to remove the warts. The cream did nothing, but I recently noticed a new skin tag like bump where the wasn't one before. I have no symptoms of HPV and was told because I have the vaccine
this may protect me form getting it. I am worried that my boyfriend may have cheated on me and contracted the disease from someone he slept with while we were together. Also because the cream didn't work to remove the bumps at all is there anything else they could be other than genital warts. My last question is could he of had HPV from before we were together, four years ago, and developed the warts years later.
It could be possible that it was from a previous time, yes. You're the only one who can know if he cheated, as you should know where your relationship stands as far as trust goes. But just because this happened, don't jump to conclusions and accuse him of doing so as that would just create a tear in your relationship. Be upfront with him if need be and simply ask him.
