Is it genital warts?

I was raped about three years ago. He took my virginity and  gave me genital warts. I was treated a year later with aldara. The three warts disappeared, and I genuinely thought they were gone for good.
After having sex again, these skin flaps appeared around the entrance of my vagina. I can't tell whether they are warts or skin flaps/remnants of my hymen.
I would post pictures but I don't know how?

As you are well aware, I'm sure, the warts generally won't appear as skin flaps.  Most often they can be mistaken for communing shaving bumps or inflamed hair follicles.  In addition sometimes the warts will take on a cauliflower like appears.  As for their location they can be pretty much anywhere.  If you have not done so already you can take a magnifying mirror and check yourself a bit more thoroughly.  By the way there are interesting new treatments being developed that can help with any possible future outbreaks you may have.  Best of luck to you.
