Is it risky to have sexual intercourse with cervical dysplasia from HPV?

Hi,
I have had HPV for more that 1 year now with a cervical dysplasia. My boyfriend is vaccinated against HPV. Sometimes during sexual intercourses I can bleed a little probably due to the dysplasia. Should I stop having intercourses ? Is there a risk of worsening the ddysplasia if I continue ?

Thank you soo much in advance for your help, I couldn't find an answer to that nowhere.
Have a nice day
