Is it warts, or am I paranoid?

Okay, I'm always insanely paranoid about EVERYTHING. I DO have a OBGYN appointment coming up. I may have to miss it since I'm due to get my period soon, so I'd have to reschedule for a later date and I'm absolutely freaking out.

Whenever I sweat a lot, especially in jeans, or when my thighs rub together, I tend to get pimples and blackheads on my thighs. Sometimes it gets so bad I have boils. I'm currently having another pimply breakout. However, I did notice something that seemed different on my thigh. It's three reddish bumps next to each other. They ARE painful like pimples. I see two TINY, TINY, microscopic white heads on them. When I go to pop them, it looks like a disgusting white puss will come out, but it doesn't completely come out.  I have nothing on my vagina or vulva.

I googled genital warts and it doesn't look like most cases, but it does some. Then I looked up herpes, but it kind of, sort of looks like those pictures too. I tried the white vinegar test on them. They didn't turn white at all, like warts are supposed to. Then again I put it on a wart on my hand, and they didn't look white either.

What do you think the odds of these bumps being just part of the pimply/blackhead/boil breakouts I sometimes suffer from?

I truly think I'd kill myself if these are warts. I've only been with two men, which I know can be irrelevant, but it's not like I sleep alone. I'm freaking out and crying.

I suffer from the pimply breakouts as well. And just a side note-not all warts turn white. A lot of them can actually be fleshy colored and not itch or seep at all. It doesn't really sound like warts, but there is no need to freak out. Genital warts is simply a skin condition that is treatable. Don't let it get ya down! I would wear looser fitting clothes and cotton underwear, you can even wash with a Nuetrogena body wash on the skin on your legs...not vagina. Also, try not to shave down there for a while. Don't diagnose yourself...that's the worst you can do! Just hang in there and talk to your doc when you can! :)
