Is my case of Genital Warts too far advanced to be rid of my body?

I was just inspected today for genital warts because I recently felt the bumps on my vagina while showering a few weeks ago.  Nervous and concerend what to tell my partner whom I like to be completely honest with I wanted to get checked.  I saw a general doctor (not a women's health doctor or GYN) but she said it appears to be warts and she looked inside my vagina and says there are lesions inside my vagina!  How come this wasn't noticed in april when I had my pap smear?  Is it hard to rid warts inside the vagina? What is my treatment now instead of topical cream?  I am seeing my GYN about it but not until monday.  I need some piece of mind!  And will I be genital wart free after treatment?  HAS MY WARTS GOTTEN TOO FAR???

im very sorry for you although my case has never gotten that far ive never experienced bumps in my vagina YET but my partner has told me that she can feel bumps inside of my vagina thats why im going to the doctor the 21st of this month, im very scared and concerned just like you. i hope we can both make it thru this. good luck
