Is my ex gf really got infected ?

We've been together for 4 months, our r'ship were so stressfull. During our 2nd months together we went to the doc and the doc told me that I have condyloma, we were shocked and finally my ex gf accepted as I am at the time, 2months later we broke up. One month later she said that she has condyloma too, and I must be responsible for that, paying her medical bill.
1. My ex gf is sick most of the time, the doc told me that HPV virus attacks someone with low immunity. is it true that she got infected? because she won't tell me the las result or anything
2. She said that before she met me, she slept with 2men, had an abortion, always go to obgyn for check up, and vaccine shots for her cervical cancer every month. is it possible that she had STD before she met me?
3. She has cervical cancer why does she has to get vaccinated every month? Isn't it useless?
