Is this HPV wart or a mucocele?!?!

It's been about 16 weeks since I had unprotected oral sex but I also bit my lip here as well around a week before it appeared.  This growth on the inside of my lower lip has been here for about 2 weeks now.  It started off really small like a tiny pimple  and and blue/white.  I accidentally bit it and ripped it off and it grew back a lot bigger.  I went to the doctor when it was really small and he said to not worry about it.  I went to another doctor a week later and he described it as a benign neoplasm and not cancerous and said it could be a wart or a damaged salivary gland.  I'm freaking out.  I have been using triamcinolone acetonide for two days now it this is what it looks like. I don't smoke, I don't drink or do drugs. It seems to be getting smaller but now it's starting to bleed...

It has been going away or decreasing in size alot since i started using Triamcinolone Acetonide cream on it.  Its just like a smaller version of it.  Could it be cancerous?  I dog back on thursday and am trying to get into a dentist but thats always a pain in the ***.

Oral bumps should be seen by your dentist first and then oral surgeon who will remove it and biopsy it. Was that the type of doctor you went to?
