Is this a possible transmission of infectious warts?

Hello, good day to you. I'm kelvin and I've only got a simple question to ask you.

My grandmother has a wart on her face, near her ears. Earlier today i saw her scratching it
and then about a minute later, she touched me on my right hand, with the hand she used to
scratch the part of her face
where the wart is (i saw her scratch the wart).
Then about a moment later, i decided to take a bath. And before i was about to finish
taking a bath, i decided to masturbate.
I'm not kidding, i'm really worried because i've read in wikipedia that it's contagious.
I'm sorry if i'm kind of making a big deal out of this but i'm just scared.

Do you think by that, it's possible that i may get warts on my hand and on my penis?

Thank you for your help.

i just got really scared because i thought that when my grandmother touched me with the hand she used to scratch her face (the part where she had her wart, and she scratched the wart also). When she touched my hand with it, i thought that it's a risk of getting warts. So that's why i decided to take a bath.. but before i was about to finish taking a bath, i decided to masturbate using my right hand, that hand where she touched me. So i thought that was a possible risk that the virus was still there on my skin and because i masturbated, i thought that i may have passed the virus to my genitals.

Why are you confused?

so does that mean that it's impossible for me to get warts on my penis from that encounter?

Yes, that is what it means.

and the warts that appears on the face is a different kind of virus than the one that causes warts on the genitals? so there is no risk of contracting genital warts from a wart on the face?

And that is one of the reasons why it is impossible. The other reason is you don't get genital HPV from touching hands, nor from masturbating.

The warts that appear on a persons face are not caused by the same type of virus that causes warts on your penis.
