Itching around thigh(s)

Hello,
A few months back I was diagnosed with genital warts, and had Podofilox prescribed. It got rid of the warts, but I do understand that they may come back. This is just some background info by the way. I have not checked myself for other STDs.
My question now is concerning some itching that has been going on for some weeks now. I have very small red bumps on my right thigh, very close of not on my crotch area. I dont have any on my pubic or genital area, and no itching there either. The itching is only where the red bumps are, which are to the right of my genital area. I have a few more bumps today than I did a few weeks ago. Sometimes the itching occurs on my left side, but not really that often. It is almost exclusively on my right side.
The itching is really annoying and it will only go away for little bits at a time, and the red bumps are not clearing up. I am really concerned about this and would like to know what this may be.
again, I have hpv/genital warts if that has anything to do with it...

I would greatly appreciate your comments/help

THANK YOU!

Hey there,
I think i am more concerned with herpes... i have been looking for a place to get tested but cant find one
i dont know why but i suspect it might be herpes bc the bumps itch all day everyday, and a very few of them seem a little crusty... they dont really look like warts, they look more like tiny mosquito bites? is that how warts look like or might this be herpes? most of them are to the right of my crotch area near the waist area, and from there theyre just kinda sparsely spread, and it only itches where theres a bigger one than average or where several of them are all together...nothing really on my penis or scrotum, its just around...can it still be herpes?

thank you again

Some people report itching, but it really isn't a common sympotm of HPV. This could be simple irritation from heat, friction against your pants, a fungal infection or something completely different. It would be best to see a doctor about the itch, and see what has caused the bumps. Genital warts can form on the upper thighs/groin, but it less common that the penis, scrotum, or pubic area.
