Just one really good explanation

A prostitute gave me oral 6 of may. After almost a month has passed and i started to develop some irritation in my urethra. I extensively searched for other sdts all over my penis that period, so i thought i could be just irritation from lots of touchs.
I first tried Bactrim and some acid C for lower the Ph of my urine (to turn the envirnonment hostile for bacterias). Nothing.
Then i went to my urologist. I told him the whole history. He said it could be from trauma. No medications. After some days i went again to his office. Then he told me to get some Azi (against NGU) and he ordered some urine test for detect some possible threat. My urine test was normal. I already ate 2 azis right now. The irritation persists. When i try to get an erection, walk or whatever its like a heat/irritation. Now it worsens cause my testicles are hurting too.
Jesus, what it can be?
I went to doctors office again and he ordered me a full scan for all diseases. No hiv or hepatitis b or c. Waiting for the other results.
MY QUESTION: I think its an urethritis by trauma. I think i sleept with my wife and masturbate before full healing and now my urethitis is back with full force. After 4 days now i think its beggining to heal and almost no pain in my testicels anymore. Before it was like living flesh inside my urethra.
I am deeply concerned about HPV inside my urethra. IF i got hpv have you guys ever seen a case of hpv just inside the urethra (not in the head and other adjacent areas too). Is it possible or hpv will come to all of these areas? Depending the aswers here i dont think i will need to do a peniscopy. I think its a urethitis. What do you think?

I don't know much about urethritis, but I would defer to the urologists opinion. Sorry I cannot be more helpful/
