LSIL

I had tested pap smear and result shown as "LSIL - class II" I am scare as i had only one sexual partner (which is my husband) and i am his only partner. We been married and had reguar sexual activites like any normal couples for the past 10 years. For the past 10 years, i had been going for my PAP smear test (yearly) and the result is normal. This time round, why did my test result shows positive for LSIL ? Should i go for another PAP smear? After the diagnose my husband had gone to test for HIV, warts...etc and he is ok.Please advise
