Made out shirtless with boyfriend?

Hi, So a few days ago I had made out with my boyfriend while we were both shirtless. He had mentioned to me earlier that day he had a pimple that he popped and it bled onto his shirt during the day time. That night, we were both shirtless and my nipple probably rubbed against it. I am so scared if this could have been HPV or herpes or it could have potentially given me something like an STD from the blood? I am a girl, by the way if that matters.

Could not be HPV or Herpes. Both do not produce blood if picked. The rubbing of blood onto skin that is also not bleeding means you had no chance of infection.
