Might have genital warts don't want my girlfriend to think I am cheating

I've had three bumps on my penis for a year or so now just kind of appeared one day and never really worried about them until i did some research and now I feel horrible about not getting them checked out right away because my concern is genital warts I have been with my girlfriend for 7 months now and she's never noticed them and I never thought about bringin it up because I thought it was harmless I have been completely loyal to my girlfriend since I've been with her would never think about cheating on her i love her to death she got tested for it and was clear so naturally i thought i was too but she is vaccinated for it which means i can still have it I am relieved if I do have it it won't be passed to her but I am worrying myself to death if I have it and tell her I have it that she'll think i cheated and contracted it being she's never even noticed them before I am just looking for help to ease my mind and help my situation I want to go to a doctor but don't want to lose my girlfriend

See your dermatologist asap before you think you have it. Do not jump to conclusions. Should one bump get biopsied and diagnosed with it, then explain the facts to your GF (they were from an ex-GF).  And avoid sex for at least 3 months to give your body time to recover or us latex condoms as they have been proven to help recovery. Right now, your health is more important than your GF.
