Might have gential warts

Ok this has been driving me crazy for about two weeks now. I have these small barley visible like marks on the tip of my penis. I've been tested for STDs and they both came back negative so has my gf. My girlfriend has a yeast infection currently and will not take the Pap test. I've been to the same dermatologist twice and he examined it twice and told me it defenilty wasn't genital warts but the marks on the tip of my penis are not getting any better and look like the marks are even spreading(just on the tip of my dick). My question is could my dermatologist be wrong ? And my girl friend went to the clinic and they told her she had a yeast infection could they be wrong too ? This has been killing me for the longest. My dermatologist also said that if it was genital warts it would not be on the tip of my penis.

Ask your GF again to get pap tested.  Let her know that if pre-cancerous cells are present, her health is at risk (i.e women have died from cancer). If that doesn't make her do it, nothing will. Any doctor can be wrong. They aren't gods. Genital warts can be on any part of the genital area. Get a second opinion and if necessary, have one removed and biopsied.
