if he hasn't had a wart outbreak in three years the liklihood is low u'd get them but then he tells u after he's had oral sex with u....wonder about his credibility!getting oral hpv warts is a rare occurrence...educate urself in the archives under Experts forum...Drs.Hook and Handsfield have a lot of experience with this!herpes shows up as blistering and this is not what ur describing.....u need to get examined by ur gyno to see whats going on here!
He was very forthcoming with his having hpv, he was just a bit slow on the draw about it and uneducated and didn't know it could be passed on through oral sex so I believe him when he says it's been a few years since he had them. He's not the brightest, but he is at least an honest guy.
I'm currently without health insurance for the next month and am considering just going to the ER to get checked out. It's utterly miserable to sit around and wonder what's going on without answers. 2 years ago I developed vulvodynia and I went batshit crazy for almost 6 months worrying about what was the cause behind my pain and discomfort. I have no desire to go through something similar again, even if it is just a month.
again the liklihood of getting genital warts or low risk hpv thru oral sex is low to nil.if he hasn't had warts for 3 years and there were none on his genitals ur worrying needlessly.U r wasting ur $$$$ going 2 ER..go to a Planned Parenthood for a pap and checkup!
If you have ever had sex, chances are you already have had HPV in one form or another. I hate to tell you that, but it's so true. Just try to keep an excercise routine and a healthy diet so that your body can rid itself of any virus that may be there. Avoid smoking and heavy drinking!
