Not sure if I'm experiencing genital warts or any other std or just nothing

well almost two months ago I engaged in unprotected sex with a guy. I never usually do this, I am 18 years old and have only been with 4 guys and all have been protected and clean. But this time I made a mistake and figured it would be okay to go unprotected with this guy who I didn't really trust. So anyways, I get it I made that mistake. I am a hypochondriac so I couldn't help but worry a ton when I noticed bumps on my pubic hair area. At first I completely just figured they were razor bumps since I do shave a lot and sometimes without shaving cream and I know that can cause problems. But I became a little more suspicious of the bumps when they suck around longer than the usual razor burn. It has now been 3 weeks and the bumps aren't noticeable unless you look very closely there are only about 3 left the rest of the rash went away and when I try and pop them they just bleed. I am going to get tested tomorrow but I am freaking out thinking this could be genital warts or herpes or any other std and I just wanted to hear some opinions on this.
