Not sure what this could possibly be

Wanted to see if anyone might know what this may be.  Had protected sex with a lady..and condom did not slip..shaft and head were covered entire time.  However did have unprotected oral sex prior.  Few weeks later noticed a very tiny smooth bump 3/4 of the way up on shaft.  It's a single bump ..does not hurt..itch etc.  Tried to pop it but just bled a little.  Spot has not changed in size for past two weeks.  Before it appears did have a small cut in exact same spot..when this cut healed. Bump appeared.  Anyone have any onsite on this little gem?
