Not sure

I had simulated sex with my best friend a guy, who has warts. He only had 2 skin outbreaks and both were in recovery after using the burn medication. I left my underwear on as did he, however he got a little too into it and removed his underwear.
I am concerned as I was wear extremely shear lace underwear.
We only did this for about 5 mins before I noticed and stopped.
I went to the bathroom and wiped myself.
But 3 days after I feel really run down and have a heavy sick feeling in my lower abdomen. I am constantly itching down there but this may be more physiological.
Can I have contracted warts from this?

you were never at risk for anything that could be causing your current symptoms from this encounter. follow up on your symptoms from a non-std related cause.

no nothing at all, we stopped as he did not want to infect me in any way once he realized he was risking things. He is more worried than me tbh

this wasn't a real risk at all for you.

the symptoms you are feeling, aren't hpv related at all either.

did you receive oral sex or anything?

HPV takes months from exposure to have signs. Him taking his shorts off was not a good thing. However, if you've been sexually active with others, what makes you think you have not already been exposed?
